Small tools,
calm ledgers.
Hi, I’m Rayakala. I track my own money with two tools I built: a monthly ledger and an investment calculator. Both are online and free for anyone to use, and Beruang doesn’t even ask you to sign up.
About
I build the tools I use.
I got tired of not knowing where my money went each month, and of return figures that ignore timing. So I built a monthly ledger that records actual spending per category, and calculators that report XIRR — the return after accounting for when money went in and out.
Both tools are free and Indonesian-first. Beruang runs without an account: what you type stays in your browser. Monthly Logs signs in with GitHub and keeps your numbers in your own database.
- light & fast
- your data stays yours
- no signup where possible

Monthly Logs
My monthly budget ledger. Bulanan records what I actually spent per category, Tahunan shows the 12-month picture, and the dashboard totals it up. Entry is keyboard-driven — Enter moves down a row, Ctrl+S saves. Signs in with GitHub; your numbers live in your own database.

Beruang — Kalkulator Investasi
Eight calculators I open before money decisions: XIRR on mutual funds, stocks with live IDX prices, deposit maturity dates, rent-vs-buy breakeven, flat-loan true cost, debt payoff plans, and retirement targets. No signup — what you type stays in your browser.

Now
What I’m up to.
- Building — keeping Monthly Logs and Beruang running for daily use. September 2026.
- Learning — return math done right: XIRR vs time-weighted return, dividend-adjusted prices.
